I suggest you ...

Scorm Export.

I can see that scorm Export is a possibility - yay!
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be possible for me. I have all other "buttons" in PP/mix, but this one. How is that possible? And how do I get this?

This is still a thing. If you REALLY need SCORM another anon posted this last year but im posting it again so that others can see that it still works.

If you download from the Mix site you will get the newest version (0.1.5x). SCORM export is no longer there. I downloaded a version from the MS Download site and it is the 0.1.38x version which still has the export. Get there quickly and download that installer. Uninstall the version you have if the option is not there and re-install with the older installer. There is an "Update Mix" button in the ribbon which you should of course ignore :-) Unless they find a way to force an update you should be good to go with SCORM for now.

For what it's worth, the following suggestions all seem related and could be merged and would bring the total votes to roughly 450. Can a site admin take care of this?

However, according to the following un-signed, un-dated knowledge base article, the position is that SCORM wasn't working well enough and that they've moved to the LTI model, which Mix does support (but which is not available in my university's LMS).

I can only assume this is 'official', but there's no attribution or anything, so maybe not?

I just downloaded the older version (0.1.38x) from the MIX site.....remove the new program and install the old one (that sounds odd)....it has SCORM in it.

A colleague and I both downloaded MIX on 11/14/16. She got a different version (0.1.3885.0) than I did (0.1.5720.0) and hers has a SCORM publish button and mine does not. What gives? If you publish to video you lose your interaction and quizzing, which make this worthless.

Tried to use the LTI approach, and while it worked, it was a poor replacement. The user interface seen by the students is not good. Please re-enable the Powerpoint export to Scorm!

SCORM packaging is a good solution for us. Office mix isn't. I am a government employee and our government network does not allow our computers to connect to mix.office.com as "... this website is listed under the category “Personal Network Storage, Interactive Web Applications”, and is considered a security risk.
Please restore SCORM export to Powerpoint!!

I would like to have SCORM abilities in my PowerPoint. LTI is not there as it is SCORM. You should support the SCORM as long as the standart is available. Otherwise we, as an educator and trainer of educator, must use other tools that support SCORM and this is very hard in which we need to train the educators to be able to use the new software. This is not needed because they already master on PowerPoint and LTI is not the thing that you can teach them quickly. Moreover, Microsoft mix support is quite slow and the demos on your website is not working as quickly as aspected. This is something that overload your site too. Please bring back SCORM to mix. Thank you

Need SCORM if we are to abandon overfeatured tools like Captivate for creation of decent elearning.

I need to export mix to SCORM. It's a norm used in pedagogical multimedia ingeniering !
Allow mix to generate SCORM package again ... LTI don't works with all LMS such as ganesha, chamilo, claroline ... In education, we use SCORM as standard !
Still a common norm for creating pedagocial content
