What notifications will I receive?Office Mix may communicate with you based on your notification preferences. These communications are part of the Office Mix service:
- Email to establish and confirm your Office Mix account.
- Notifications about important changes to your account, for security purposes. For example, we will send you a notification when you have added an email address or removed an email address.
- Help to get you started and familiar with Office Mix, based on how you’re using it.
- Periodic updates on how people are interacting with your mixes. (Planned)
How do I change my notification preferences?To change your notification preferences follow the steps below.
- Log in to your Office Mix account
- Click on your profile icon and choose "My Account" from the drop down menu
- Uncheck the "Enable email for notifications" option
- Click on the "Save" button
