Email Notifications

What notifications will I receive?

Office Mix may communicate with you based on your notification preferences. These communications are part of the Office Mix service: 
  • Email to establish and confirm your Office Mix account. 
  • Notifications about important changes to your account, for security purposes. For example, we will send you a notification when you have added an email address or removed an email address.
  • Help to get you started and familiar with Office Mix, based on how you’re using it.
  • Periodic updates on how people are interacting with your mixes. (Planned)  

How do I change my notification preferences?

To change your notification preferences follow the steps below.
  1. Log in to your Office Mix account
  2. Click on your profile icon and choose "My Account" from the drop down menu
  3. Uncheck the "Enable email for notifications" option
  4. Click on the "Save" button
