When playing a mix, the content on each slide is accessible to assistive technologies when you press CTRL+;. This key combination displays the mix in Outline mode (similar to Outline View in PowerPoint), which presents the text of each slide. The slide text is synchronized with slide audio and closed captioning.
Shortcuts for Office Mix vs. your web browserBecause mixes play in your web browser, the accessibility of the Office Mix playback experience is different from the mix authoring experience in desktop PowerPoint. For example:
- Pressing the ALT key moves your focus to the browser menu bar.
- Familiar shortcuts like CTRL+P (Print) and F1 (Help) will run browser commands, not Office Mix commands.
